Support Center: Accessing E-mail Over The Internet
Prompt Service offers the Squirrel Mail interface, to allow our clients to read their E-mail from anywhere in the world. Please keep in mind that if you use a program such as Outlook or Eudora, your mail may be automatically removed after you read it.
Squirrel Mail can be used to read, reply to, forward, compose, and store your email messages. You can access Squirrel Mail and your Web-based email account from any computer with Internet access and a browser.
To open Squirrel Mail From a computer with Internet access:
Connect to the Internet
Start a Web browser program (Explorer/Fire Fox/Netscape)
In the address field of the Web browser, type the following URL:
http:///squirrelmail/src/login.php
where is the domain name of your site.
The Squirrel Mail login page is displayed and you can log on to SquirrelMail using your Site or User Administrator login.
Once you are in the Squirrel Mail and you need help using Squirrel Mail features, refer to the Squirrel Mail online Help system.
To open the Squirrel Mail Help system:
Open Squirrel Mail and log on.
In the Squirrel Mail Inbox window, click Help. The Help window opens.
