What information do we collect:

We collect personal identifying information and other information on the PromptService.com Site as part of our commitment for improvement of our service. PromptService.com collects several types of information from our audience and visitors.

Examples of information that may be collected are (but not limited to the following):

This information is collected anonymously to help improve our site, and give credit to sites, which drive us traffic. PromptService.com also uses this information to do internal research on our visitors' demographics, psychographics and surfing behavior to better improve the PromptService.com web site.

We collect the information primarily through forms, and request. From time to time, PromptService.com service may ask for voluntary demographic and psycho graphic information from our audience. We collect remaining data through anonymous means as stated above.

PromptService.com uses the information it collects to provide you with more relevant services, and content. To accomplish this we perform research on the demographic, psycho-graphics and other information we collect. This research is compiled, analyzed and used to better serve our visitors.

Demographic and psycho graphic information is used improve the Web Site visitors experience. PromptService.com conducts surveys, and polls to help target content improvement, and additions. PromptService.com may run contests, and other promotions on its site, in which we may request entrants to provide personal or contact information. In some cases, entrants may be required to answer survey questions about a range of topics. PromptService.com uses the information collected in the entry form to verify the entrants identity, age and to communicate with entrants. PromptService.com will not share any of the entrants personal or contact information with any third party, unless disclosed at the time of entry, unless otherwise required by law, PromptService.com will not share survey information containing personal identifying information about individuals with any third party without your prior consent.

J. Kollar and PromptService.com believe the protection of children's privacy is the highest priority. Therefore we do no knowingly solicit or collect data/information from or about anyone under the age 18. Furthermore we encourage parents and guardians to monitor and participate with their children when known to be on-line. Although we do filter for inappropriate material, some material may still be offensive to parents and guardians.

If you are under 18, we request that you do not disclose any information about yourself to anyone on the Internet, and we prefer that you request that your parents submit any information requested by PromptService.com.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act prohibits all operators (including PromptService.com) from conditioning a child's participation in an Internet activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity.

How does PromptService.com protect your personal information?

What we do with the information:

At the request of the visitor, we do from time to time contact our visitors reminding them of important events and new additions to our site. We do not abuse this right, our goal is to help grow our community. Should you not wish to be contacted by us, we will gladly remove you from our contact list.

We also track and retain hits (unique & repeat), site visits (unique & repeat) solely for the purpose of upgrading parts of our site that generate the most interest. IP addresses may be used for guest books, and other non-marketing related purposes.

URL (uniform resource location)-The address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web

IP address- an identifying number for a computer or device on a TCP/IP (dial-up/Internet access) network.

TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)-the suite of communications protocols used to connect hosts on the World Wide Web. Networks using the TCP/IP protocol route messages based on the IP address of the destination.
